About the role
- As a Sales Representative, you are the eyes and ears for the customer and support them with all their needs.
- Customer support: Look after our customers and ensure they make optimal use of our technologies.
- Customer inquiry management: Act as the point of contact for customer inquiries and handle them promptly and with a customer-focused approach to build and maintain long-term customer relationships in collaboration with the field sales team.
- Communicating customer requests: Receive and process various customer needs and create and follow up on customer orders.
- Service processing: Maintain the customer database and continuously monitor customer satisfaction and development with a view to potential improvements to our service through more efficient solutions or new sales opportunities.
- Customer acquisition and trade shows: Support the expansion of our customer base and represent us at trade shows and events on site.
Requirements
- Customer focus: High level of customer orientation and enjoyment in dealing with people in any situation — for example through strong service orientation or verbal poise even in high-pressure situations.
- Passion for fitness and health: Sport is your passion, which you have turned into a profession (e.g., through vocational training or a dual study program in the fitness sector), or you are an enthusiastic athlete and already work in a sales role.
- Growth mindset: You are eager to keep developing, learn new skills and advance quickly.
- Better together: Team-player mentality and enjoyment of cross-departmental tasks.
- Language skills: Excellent German skills, spoken and written (C2 level).
- Nice-to-have: Sales experience — you may already have gained sales experience through a part-time job or your current role.
- CRM knowledge: Experience working with CRM systems such as HubSpot.
Benefits
- Onboarding: Selling a technical product is new to you? Don’t worry — Tobias Conrad (CMO of HEERO) will train and coach you.
- Bonuses: Good work should be rewarded! You will receive commission on top of a competitive salary when targets are met.
- Flexible working hours: We know creativity doesn’t follow a fixed schedule. We offer flexible working hours to enable your best performance.
- Workplace in Lippstadt: Our office is in Lippstadt city center and offers many opportunities for work–life balance — green spaces for dog walks, team areas to relax, restaurants, bars and fitness options right around the corner.
- Fun: Our branch includes table football, darts, Wii, Xbox, etc.
