About the role
- Lead studio growth by driving new memberships through the BODYBAR sales process
- Achieve monthly revenue and performance goals
- Strengthen member loyalty through thoughtful engagement
- Build and empower a high-performing team, including recruiting, hiring, training, and coaching
- Foster a culture of accountability, positivity, and performance
- Represent BODYBAR in the community
- Lead grassroots marketing and partnership development
- Represent the studio at local events and gatherings
- Utilize the boutique as a community engagement hub
- Deliver exceptional member experiences by building authentic relationships
- Engage with members before and after classes
- Cultivate a warm, high-energy studio environment
- Ensure operational excellence by maintaining a polished and organized studio
- Oversee boutique merchandising and retail operations
- Manage inventory, supplies, systems, and administrative processes
Requirements
- Two or more years of team management experience
- Five or more years in retail, service, or fitness sales
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Experience with community outreach and lead generation
- Strong communication skills in person and online
- High level of organization, reliability, and professionalism
- Comfort with learning new systems and technology
- A passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others thrive.
