About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert for assigned Real Property Systems of Record, including GFEBS, INFADS, BUILDER, GIS, and other systems as required.
Provide system administration, data analysis, reporting, and technical support to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with DoD requirements.
Support real property data validation, quality assurance, audit readiness efforts, and reporting activities.
Analyze system data and develop reports, dashboards, and recommendations to support decision-making and infrastructure planning.
Collaborate with government stakeholders and project teams to identify requirements, resolve system issues, and improve business processes.
Maintain proficiency in applicable systems, modules, and supporting technologies.
Support user access management, training requirements, and system role coordination, as applicable.
Prepare technical documentation, data analyses, and status reports for government customers.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience within the past 24 months supporting GFEBS, INFADS, BUILDER, and GIS, including associated modules and functionality.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Demonstrated proficiency in database management.
For GFEBS support, must possess or be able to obtain the following GFEBS roles: Real Property Viewer, Real Property Maintainer, Asset Master Data Maintainer, Business Intelligence, Plant Property and Equipment Reporter.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with government stakeholders, end users, and cross-functional teams.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
Must possess and maintain a favorable NACI Public Trust determination at contract start through employment.
Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM U.S. Central Time (CT).
Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a Real ID or Passport in order to undergo commercial airfare travel.
Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license.
