Financial Planning and Analysis

• Own the finance function and serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO and executive team.
• Lead finance and strategy, ranging from ownership of accounting operations (AP/AR and monthly close), to FP&A reporting, demand forecasting, strategic planning, capital allocation, investor relations, and delivering the analytical rigor that drives company-wide decision-making.
• Lead the finance function with full ownership of the P&L. Oversee accounting operations to ensure clean books and financial controls as the company scales.
• Own the financial architecture of Demand Forecasting—building the bridge between SKU-level sales data and cash/working capital position.
• Build and maintain sophisticated operating models with dynamic drivers, scenario analysis, and sensitivity frameworks.
• Serve as a thought partner to the CEO on financial and strategic decisions.
