About the role
- Planning, implementation and optimization of growth initiatives across marketing channels
- Maximizing channel performance
- Managing agency partners
- Developing and optimizing email and automation flows
- Preparing weekly performance reports with insights and recommendations
- Monitoring the market and testing new channels
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in performance or growth marketing, ideally in e‑commerce
- Deep understanding of marketing unit economics
- Proficiency with common tools such as GA4, Meta/Google Ads and an email/CRM tool (e.g., Klaviyo, Odoo)
- Strong customer focus and understanding of the customer journey
- Highly self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
