About the role
- You advise our clients from the first contact through technical conception to professional implementation in the roofing division ("Roof")
- You use our digital tool for flat-roof planning efficiently
- You analyze and evaluate different flat roof solutions
- You establish requirements in consultation meetings
- You work closely with our teams
- You analyze the market for flat roof systems
- You enable and train internal team members in flat-roof planning
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience and in-depth knowledge coordinating multiple trades related to roofing
- Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or a comparable qualification
- Very good knowledge of applicable standards, guidelines and regulations in construction and architectural law
- Experience using planning software
- Excellent understanding of flat roof systems, constructions and materials
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Service-oriented and confident manner when dealing with clients
- Willingness to continuously develop and share knowledge
- Team player with a hands-on mentality
