About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee up to 100 daily delivery routes and ensure successful delivery of up to 1,250 customer orders daily
Partner with internal stakeholders and 3PL providers to drive service excellence, cost savings, and routing efficiencies
Monitor and improve regional performance in sales, delivery success, and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of strategy and execution across business functions
Conduct weekly carrier meetings and regular site inspections to ensure compliance and continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
5+ years in transportation logistics management
5+ years of successful multi-unit retail or delivery operations experience
Strong data analysis and communication skills
Ability to travel up to 50%
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
