About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee up to 100 daily delivery routes and ensure successful delivery of up to 1,250 customer orders daily
- Partner with internal stakeholders and 3PL providers to drive service excellence, cost savings, and routing efficiencies
- Monitor and improve regional performance in sales, delivery success, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of strategy and execution across business functions
- Conduct weekly carrier meetings and regular site inspections to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
- 5+ years in transportation logistics management
- 5+ years of successful multi-unit retail or delivery operations experience
- Strong data analysis and communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
