Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a strategic partner to Finance organization by driving technology adoption, AI innovation, and Treasury forecasting
Collaborate with Finance, IT, Learning & Development, and enterprise leaders to identify opportunities for automation
Enhance financial reporting and champion technology solutions that create measurable business value
Improve business processes, increase operational efficiency, and deliver data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making
Reporting to the Vice President of Treasury and working within a hybrid environment, with office attendance expected 1-2 days per week

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Experience supporting Finance, Treasury, Financial Systems, or Business Intelligence functions
Demonstrated experience leveraging technology to improve business processes
Experience developing financial models, forecasting, and analyzing business performance
Working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, Power BI, Power Automate, or similar enterprise technologies
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and data interpretation skills
Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across multiple business functions
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
