About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a strategic partner to Finance organization by driving technology adoption, AI innovation, and Treasury forecasting
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, Learning & Development, and enterprise leaders to identify opportunities for automation
- Enhance financial reporting and champion technology solutions that create measurable business value
- Improve business processes, increase operational efficiency, and deliver data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making
- Reporting to the Vice President of Treasury and working within a hybrid environment, with office attendance expected 1-2 days per week
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Experience supporting Finance, Treasury, Financial Systems, or Business Intelligence functions
- Demonstrated experience leveraging technology to improve business processes
- Experience developing financial models, forecasting, and analyzing business performance
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, Power BI, Power Automate, or similar enterprise technologies
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and data interpretation skills
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across multiple business functions
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
