Key responsibilities & impact

Lead sourcing initiatives across the organization
Partner with leaders across IT, Marketing, Facilities, Finance, Legal, and other corporate functions to optimize indirect spend
Negotiate favorable supplier agreements and deliver measurable business value
Influence stakeholders, build strong supplier partnerships, and manage complex sourcing initiatives
Identify opportunities to improve quality, reduce costs, and mitigate risk
Provide leadership to one Procurement team member responsible for supporting procurement programs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Demonstrated experience leading strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives
Experience negotiating supplier agreements and managing complex vendor relationships
Strong financial and analytical skills with experience evaluating spend and identifying savings opportunities
Experience partnering effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
Knowledge of procurement best practices, contract management, and sourcing methodologies
Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
