About the role
- Support Bob’s compliance with product safety, social responsibility, and sustainability laws and regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to help administer key Compliance programs
- Apply strong analytical and data management skills to evaluate Bob’s assortment and its manufacturers
- Provide direction aligned with company policies under supervision
- Maintain, validate, organize, and add new records to Compliance Department systems
- Assist with third-party testing and factory social audit programs
- Contribute to continuous surveillance of regulatory environments
- Work cross-functionally with teams such as Finance, Accounting, Logistics, and Operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or legal discipline
- One to three years of relevant experience in regulatory compliance, product safety, product development, or a related technical field (STEM degree or internship may substitute for one year of experience)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle changing priorities, and collaborate cross-functionally.
