About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for supporting the data team in collecting, analyzing, and visualizing information to provide actionable insights to decision-makers. Works under supervision and guidance to learn and perform basic data analysis and reporting tasks;
Collect, clean, and prepare data from various sources for analysis;
Perform basic analyses and produce reports and dashboards using data visualization tools;
Assist in the creation and maintenance of data processes and pipelines;
Participate in meetings to understand data requirements and support the development of reports and presentations;
Help identify and resolve data quality issues;
Use tools that support quantitative and qualitative data analysis;
Guide and support internal stakeholders in using data presentation and manipulation solutions;
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues when needed;
Extract data from various sources, clean and organize data, create simple reports, and support analysis projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field;
Strong analytical skills;
Familiarity with visualization tools (Excel, Power BI) and basic statistics;
Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, SQL and NoSQL;
Experience extracting data from multiple sources such as databases, CSV files, and APIs;
Familiarity with cloud-based data storage and processing solutions;
Experience in technology companies, startups, or agile environments;
Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
