About the role
- Identify potential target companies and contacts (data research)
- Reach out via email, LinkedIn and phone (including cold calling & follow-ups)
- Maintain and update our CRM system
- Contribute to expanding additional acquisition channels (e.g. events, social selling)
- Work closely with our Enterprise Sales team to continuously optimize our processes
Requirements
- You are a registered student, preferably in a business-related or communication-focused degree program
- You have initial practical experience in a B2B environment with corporate clients in Switzerland
- You are strong in communication, outgoing and present a positive demeanor
- You work in a structured, independent and reliable way
- You speak very good German and English, plus French or Italian
- Swiss German is a plus
- You can work remotely and efficiently and have a quiet workspace with a stable internet connection
- You live in Switzerland, Germany or in a time zone aligned with CET
- Insight into B2B SaaS sales at enterprise level with real customers & projects
- Flexible remote work – whether from home or on the go
- Personal exchange & regular team workations (e.g. Lisbon)
- A motivated, humorous team with flat hierarchies and lots of room for impact
