Attorney

• - Commercial contracting support across buy side and sell side, including first draft NDAs, order forms, amendments and supplier agreements
• - Core legal support across all Board Intelligence trading entities
• - Company secretarial support, including governance processes, entity maintenance, approvals, and coordination with external providers as needed
• - Supporting the Legal Director on higher complexity or higher value arrangements, coordinating stakeholder input, tracking internal approvals, and managing the execution workflow
• - Supporting regulatory documentation, including Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), AI schedules and other privacy and security addenda as required
• - Acting as the key contact for contract lifecycle and obligation management, supporting tracking, post signature compliance and operationalisation of key obligations
• - Providing sell side commercial support by keeping deals moving, applying the team’s standard positions and fallbacks from the playbook, and escalating non standard asks with options
• - Sell side and procurement diligence support, including responding to enterprise procurement processes and coordinating inputs across security, privacy, finance and operations
• - Data privacy and digital regulatory enablement, embedding consistent positions and workable processes that support scaling across regions
• - Post M&A integration delivery, including contract novations and assignments, harmonisation of templates and processes, and issue triage
• - Legal operations, a core part of the role: owning day to day development of templates, playbooks and clause libraries, helping select, implement and administer CLM and adjacent legal tech such as electronic signature, intake and AI assisted review, designing intake and triage workflows, and building the reporting that lets us run the function on data
• - Ad hoc legal support for cross functional initiatives as required

Legal Operations Executive

• Lead the design and execution of proofs of value, tailoring the platform to reflect the specific needs and workflows of prospective clients.
• Configure the platform using client data and scenarios to demonstrate real, tangible outcomes.
• Guide clients through the proof of value process, ensuring clarity, engagement, and momentum.
• Define and track success criteria, ensuring proofs of value conclude with a clear and compelling case for adoption.
• Develop a deep understanding of the Board Intelligence platform, including core features, use cases, and differentiators.
• Deliver high-quality product demonstrations that are tailored to senior stakeholders and governance use cases.
• Translate complex product capabilities into clear, relevant benefits for non-technical audiences.
• Work closely with the sales teams to support deal progression and conversion.
• Provide insight into client needs, objections, and decision drivers to inform sales strategy.
• Help position the platform effectively within complex buying groups and long sales cycles.
• Build credibility and trust with senior stakeholders, including Company Secretaries, executives, and governance teams.
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions to understand client requirements and align the platform to their priorities.
• Act as a confident and professional representative of Board Intelligence throughout the sales process.
• Capture insights from proofs of value and client interactions to inform product development and roadmap priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve the proof of value process, tools, and materials.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Consulting teams to refine how we demonstrate and deliver value.
