About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work closely with operations managers, culinary development team, and business development team
  • Responsible for 3rd party, local purveyors, and retail production program roll-out
  • Assist with teaching and training proper merchandising techniques
  • Working collaboratively within a complex organization as well as 3rd party manufacturing and distribution partners
  • Deliver training, retail production partners, and retail store operators
  • Conduct retail audits that ensure all partners are delivering on all Boar’s Head quality standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5 years of experience or more in retail prepared foods management and production experience.
  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Experience developing and delivering task-related training programs
  • Strong preference for candidates with brand development experience and working knowledge of fresh-prepared food product development from concept to commercialization
  • Educational or strong experiential background in food and food handling requirements
  • Exposure to Q/A auditing practices
