About the role
- Own product strategy and roadmap for Boam AI’s data + agent platform
- Make the calls: ruthless prioritization, crisp tradeoffs, clear sequencing
- Turn enterprise customer pain into specs teams can build and ship fast
- Drive cross-functional execution across data, engineering, ML, and ops
- Define quality, freshness, and reliability standards customers can trust
- Build tight feedback loops with market-leading customers and partners
- Establish success metrics and operating rhythms that keep shipping honest
- Lead launches end-to-end: rollout, adoption, enablement, iteration
- Use and evaluate next-gen AI and modern product tools to accelerate execution
Requirements
- 8+ years building and leading technical products end to end
- Deep data platform experience: pipelines, schemas, APIs, integrations, quality
- You can go from customer conversation → spec → shipped system quickly
- Proven track record shipping complex, cross-team initiatives in production
- Founder mindset with strong early-stage experience (ex-founder is a big plus)
- You combine ruthless prioritization with high standards for correctness and reliability
- Engineers trust you: go deep, challenge designs, ship fast with minimal process
- You want real ownership and impact, and you’re excited to build the product org over time
