About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive the marketing strategy for the Banks and Broker Dealers segment across global and regional priorities
- Develop understanding of client needs, pain points, buying centers, and decision-making behaviors across personas and markets
- Shape segment positioning, messaging, and value proposition
- Partner with business, commercial, platform, communications, and marketing teams on integrated go-to-market strategies
- Lead multi-channel marketing plans across digital, events, email, paid and owned media, account-based marketing, and executive engagement
- Guide thought leadership, client stories, and segment-tailored marketing content
- Use market research, client feedback, competitive intelligence, and performance data to refine strategy
- Establish KPIs and performance measures to evaluate effectiveness and optimize investment
- Lead through influence across a global, matrixed organization without direct people-management responsibility
- Support enterprise-wide and region-specific marketing needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- 12+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in financial services or a similarly complex, highly matrixed industry
- Experience developing and leading segment, client, or go-to-market marketing strategies tied to measurable business outcomes
- Strong commercial acumen connecting marketing strategy to client engagement, growth, and business performance
- Deep understanding of integrated marketing, audience strategy, and multi-channel execution
- Experience using market and performance data to shape decisions and optimize results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to craft compelling narratives for sophisticated audiences
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders across a complex global organization
- Experience working across multiple regions, functions, and stakeholder groups
