About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex delivery initiatives across the Conventional Trust Deal Administration group, focusing on transformation, modernization, and process improvement
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Engineering, Operations, Product, Risk, and partner teams
  • Build relationships across engineering, product, business, risk, finance, operations, and delivery teams
  • Assist with roadmaps, backlogs, demand, capacity, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies
  • Provide visibility into programs and initiatives by tracking priorities, dependencies, milestones, risks, and action items
  • Translate strategic direction into actionable plans and drive initiatives to completion
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, status reviews, decision forums, and follow-up activities
  • Contribute to governance, delivery excellence, and process improvement through reporting, analytics, metrics, and risk tracking

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant discipline
  • 5–8 years of experience leading delivery of large-scale technology initiatives within Agile environments
  • Experience coordinating work across multiple engineering teams and stakeholders
  • Advanced delivery and program management skills
  • Working knowledge of agile methodologies and tooling, backlog management, dependency tracking, milestone planning, and delivery reporting
  • Ability to organize complex initiatives, manage competing priorities, and drive follow-through
  • Ability to build relationships across a matrixed organization
  • Clear communication, sound judgment, and a proactive approach
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills
  • Experience managing cross-team dependencies, release planning, delivery governance, risk management, and executive stakeholder communications
  • Experience preparing reports, business updates, and presentations for leadership audiences
  • Professional certification in project, program, or portfolio management preferred
