About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct analysis and development of product strategies by applying expertise in product, business analysis and challenging underlying assumptions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, client facing teams, and operations, to ensure product initiatives align with BNY’s strategic goals and client needs.
Analyze market trends, product data, and client feedback to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for product innovation and growth.
Support the product lifecycle by providing detailed business requirements, assisting in project planning, and monitoring product performance metrics.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of product goals and deliverables.
Assist in the creation of business cases, documentation, and reports to support product decisions and regulatory compliance.
Drive continuous improvement in product features and user satisfaction through regular analysis and refinement.
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies through diligent governance and risk management.

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-3 years of experience in financial services or fintech product, preferably in collateral management, securities financing, liquidity, and treasury management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across technical and business teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Familiarity with data analysis tools and business intelligence software is a plus.
Understanding of regulatory requirements and operational standards in financial services.
