About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Securities Finance product strategy, roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution.
- Gather and refine requirements, user needs, process improvements, and supporting product materials.
- Partner with technology, change, operations, risk, legal, compliance, and control teams to deliver governed enhancements.
- Analyze client feedback, usage trends, service metrics, and market/regulatory developments to identify opportunities.
- Support business cases, go-to-market readiness, communications, training, client messaging, and adoption.
- Maintain documentation, monitor performance, and participate in cross-functional forums to drive execution and stakeholder alignment.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Experience in product management, securities finance, capital markets, or related financial services domains.
- Knowledge of securities lending, collateral, financing workflows, market infrastructure, and client servicing models.
- Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional initiatives in complex, highly controlled environments.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance growth, risk, client needs, and operational considerations.
