Requirements

What you’ll need

Extensive leadership experience in global production services / application support
Proven track record of leading incident, problem, and change management
Demonstrated automation-first and AI-enabled mindset
Strong ownership mentality and execution focus
Deep technical and operational experience across production environments
Experience supporting equities or capital markets platforms
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic service improvements
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux, CI/CD pipelines, and messaging platforms such as Kafka and MQ
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline (or equivalent experience); advanced degree is a plus
12+ years of experience across multiple areas of information technology
