About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Complete assigned reconciliations accurately and within established deadlines
  • Review, analyze, and resolve reconciliation breaks and exceptions in a timely manner
  • Partner with junior team members to support completion of assigned reconciliations and provide day-to-day guidance
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior employees on reconciliation processes, controls, and best practices
  • Prepare escalation reports for risk management, highlighting key issues, trends, and unresolved items
  • Communicate reconciliation issues, control gaps, and potential risks to management in a clear and timely manner

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
  • 0-3 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Related internship experience preferred.
  • No direct reports.
