About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Contribute to the development and execution of Corporate Trust’s Conventional Debt product strategy
Provide strategic guidance across Product/Platform
Serve as a thought leader across the product organization
Provide strategic oversight and input into multiple pod-level backlogs
Support the aggregation and transparency of product-related risks
Collaborate across Product/Platform leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
Act as a senior escalation point for complex product issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

8-10+ years of product management experience
Experience creating strategic product roadmaps
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment
Prior experience working in the financial industry preferred
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline
Experience working in an agile environment
Experience building and launching products from ideation through launch and revision
Deep knowledge and experience in agile methodologies
Experience with multiple scrum teams on simultaneous builds
Experience managing daily technical and design direction
