About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and maintain product vision, strategy, priorities, and multi-year roadmap for assigned Securities Finance products and capabilities
Own business requirements, feature definition, and business cases, ensuring alignment with client needs, market trends, regulatory requirements, and enterprise objectives
Partner with technology and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver product enhancements, platform modernization, operating model improvements, and scalable new capabilities
Collaborate with sales, relationship management, and service teams to support commercialization, go-to-market readiness, client communications, and product adoption
Oversee product performance, risk, and controls through KPIs, client feedback, revenue trends, operational metrics, and governance forums
Represent the product organization in senior forums while mentoring junior product managers, managing executive updates, and championing innovation across Securities Finance workflows.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
Advanced/graduate degree preferred
Extensive experience in product management, securities finance, capital markets, or related financial services domains
Strong knowledge of securities lending, collateral, financing workflows, market infrastructure, and client servicing models
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in complex, highly controlled environments
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance growth, risk, client needs, and operational considerations
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills
