About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and maintain product vision, strategy, priorities, and multi-year roadmap for assigned Securities Finance products and capabilities
- Own business requirements, feature definition, and business cases, ensuring alignment with client needs, market trends, regulatory requirements, and enterprise objectives
- Partner with technology and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver product enhancements, platform modernization, operating model improvements, and scalable new capabilities
- Collaborate with sales, relationship management, and service teams to support commercialization, go-to-market readiness, client communications, and product adoption
- Oversee product performance, risk, and controls through KPIs, client feedback, revenue trends, operational metrics, and governance forums
- Represent the product organization in senior forums while mentoring junior product managers, managing executive updates, and championing innovation across Securities Finance workflows.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
- Advanced/graduate degree preferred
- Extensive experience in product management, securities finance, capital markets, or related financial services domains
- Strong knowledge of securities lending, collateral, financing workflows, market infrastructure, and client servicing models
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in complex, highly controlled environments
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance growth, risk, client needs, and operational considerations
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills
