About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Join a Corporate Trust Bidding Desk focused on direct revenue generation for trustee and paying agent roles
  • Assist with the establishment of playbooks, KPIs, training, and quality controls for bidding on new deals
  • Target infrequent bond issuers and design outreach and bid strategies
  • Monitor maturing bonds to retain and grow client relationships
  • Collaborate with risk, legal, operations, and service teams for compliant bids

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • 3-8 years of experience required
  • Hands-on experience with pipeline management, bid strategy, pricing, and revenue forecasting
  • Strong understanding of trustee/paying agent services with Corporate Trust
  • Familiarity with opportunity management system and rigorous Enterprise CRM (ECRM) hygiene
  • Experience in managing KYC processes for onboarding new clients
