Key responsibilities & impact

Manage all aspects of executing complex order flow as part of a buy-side trading organization.
Ensure client orders are executed efficiently, timely, and cost-effectively, in line with trade instructions.
Work closely with peers in the middle office and counterparties for efficient and accurate booking of trades.
Collaborate with the investment team, trade support, quant research, and engineering teams.
Maintain and develop constructive relationships with internal clients, vendors, and counterparties to improve processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
3+ years of experience in institutional trading of Fixed Income products (FI).
Quantitative skillset and experience with some combination of Python, R, and SQL is a plus.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment without compromising attention to detail or risk management.
Intellectually curious, self-starter mindset - capable of grasping complex concepts and workflows and a desire to continually improve.
