About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the strategy, design, and delivery of analytics solutions supporting Structured Finance clients and business stakeholders.
Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Structured Finance Analytics Solutions.
Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans through roadmap development, prioritization, dependency management, and execution governance.
Partner with ABS, MBS, Specialty Solutions teams, clients, and market participants to identify business needs, industry trends, and opportunities for innovation.
Drive execution of the product roadmap by defining product requirements, client-driven features, and analytical capabilities.
Establish product success metrics and drive adoption, transparency, scalability, and data quality across analytics solutions.
Build strong relationships across clients, investors, issuers, conduit administrators, risk managers, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in business management, Finance or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
8-10+ years of experience in Product Management, Analytics Products, Financial Technology, Capital Markets, or related domains.
Strong knowledge of Structured Finance products and servicing workflows, including ABS, MBS, ABCP conduits, securitizations, and related asset classes.
Demonstrated successful experience building analytics, reporting, data, or workflow solutions for structured finance at scale.
Proven track record translating strategy into roadmaps and delivering complex products at scale.
Strong expertise in product planning, prioritization, dependency management, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management.
Experience partnering with engineering, data, and analytics teams to develop enterprise-grade solutions.
Strong communication, leadership, and executive presentation skills.
