About the role
- Oversee and enhance client operations and reporting functions within BNY’s Loans Enablement Operations team
- Lead the client operations and reporting team, fostering continuous improvement and excellence
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client service delivery using industry best practices and innovative solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiencies, ensuring timely and accurate client reporting
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing needs and concerns professionally
- Align team activities with BNY’s strategic pillars to foster trust, operational excellence, and client-centric service
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus)
- Typically 4-7 years of experience (minimum 4 years) and 0-1 years of management experience
- Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred
- Prior loan operations experience in a financial service setting preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and execute workload
- Familiarity with technical applications, including Microsoft Office applications
