About the role

  • Oversee and enhance client operations and reporting functions within BNY’s Loans Enablement Operations team
  • Lead the client operations and reporting team, fostering continuous improvement and excellence
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client service delivery using industry best practices and innovative solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiencies, ensuring timely and accurate client reporting
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing needs and concerns professionally
  • Align team activities with BNY’s strategic pillars to foster trust, operational excellence, and client-centric service

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus)
  • Typically 4-7 years of experience (minimum 4 years) and 0-1 years of management experience
  • Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred
  • Prior loan operations experience in a financial service setting preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and execute workload
  • Familiarity with technical applications, including Microsoft Office applications
