About the role
- Lead the development and execution of strategic regulatory engagement plans that align with the company’s business objectives and regulatory environment.
- Develop and execute strategic communications, crafting clear and compelling messages for senior executives, regulators, and other key stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational priorities.
- Work effectively in ambiguous and fast-changing environments, adapting strategies as needed.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Business Units to ensure cohesive regulatory messaging and engagement.
- Provide thought leadership and counsel to senior leadership on regulatory trends, risks, and communication strategies.
- Drive a high-performance culture within the team and manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in financial services, with an understanding of risk management, and/or finance.
- Proven track record in strategic communications, particularly in regulatory or highly regulated environments.
- Ability to interpret complex financial and regulatory information.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and manage multiple high-priority projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience guiding messaging for senior executives and external stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- High level of professionalism, resilience, and willingness to work in an intense, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience required.
