About the role

  • Oversee and enhance client operations and reporting functions within BNY
  • Lead the client operations and reporting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client service delivery using industry best practices and innovative solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiencies, ensuring timely and accurate client reporting
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns professionally
  • Align operational activities with BNY's strategic pillars and principles to drive trust, operational excellence, and client-centric service

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus
  • Typically 4-7 years of experience and 0-1 years of management experience
  • Experience in an operational area and/or client services is preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and collaboration across teams
  • Prior loan operations experience in a financial service setting preferred
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and execute workload
  • Familiarity with technical applications to include, but not limited to, Microsoft Office applications
