About the role
- Oversee and enhance client operations and reporting functions within BNY
- Lead the client operations and reporting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client service delivery using industry best practices and innovative solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiencies, ensuring timely and accurate client reporting
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns professionally
- Align operational activities with BNY's strategic pillars and principles to drive trust, operational excellence, and client-centric service
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus
- Typically 4-7 years of experience and 0-1 years of management experience
- Experience in an operational area and/or client services is preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and collaboration across teams
- Prior loan operations experience in a financial service setting preferred
- Detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and execute workload
- Familiarity with technical applications to include, but not limited to, Microsoft Office applications
