About the role
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering to define wallet service requirements, including key management, transaction signing, and access controls.
- Support onboarding of third-party wallet providers and coordinate legal, compliance, and operational approvals.
- Maintain and enhance wallet infrastructure documentation, including operating procedures, risk controls, and incident response protocols.
- Monitor wallet performance, incident metrics, and Travel Rule compliance issues, and work with engineering and operations to resolve discrepancies.
- Participate in Digital Asset Custody governance forums and contribute to periodic asset reviews and onboarding evaluations.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders across Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Client Activation to ensure wallet services align with enterprise standards and client expectations.
- Be actively engaged in maintaining and enhancing the security program around wallet infrastructure, including key management, access controls, and incident response readiness.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in digital assets, custody, fintech, or financial services product management.
- Must exhibit flexibility and be able to quickly adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment where new challenges arise and priorities shift.
- Strong understanding of wallet technologies (hot, cold, MPC), blockchain protocols, and digital asset transaction flows.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements (e.g., OFAC, AML, Travel Rule).
- Experience working with third-party vendors and managing cross-functional projects.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills; ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with tokenized assets, stablecoins, or digital cash initiatives preferred.
- Exposure to enterprise onboarding platforms and custody account structures preferred.
- Prior involvement in DAC-related initiatives or governance processes preferred.
