About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the identification and preparation of Substantial Shareholder disclosures and various regulatory reports on a global basis
Coordinate with Regulatory SMEs to implement requirements driven by Regulator / legislative updates
Prepare/Oversee securities related risk management reports for Senior Management
Perform and oversee data management, quality control and investigative research for regulatory reporting
Communicate with internal and external parties on data enhancement and reconciliation
Drive continuous improvement, coordinating with technology team on automation/enhancement
Lead and support projects ensuring timely and accurate completion
Oversee and recommend procedural/control changes
Serve as a point of escalation for complex reporting matters
Provide guidance, coaching, and leadership support to team members

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
Advanced/graduate degree preferred
5-8 years of total work experience preferred
Proficient with MS Excel required
Programming knowledge a plus
Knowledge of the financial services industry required
Experience with securities products/services including equities, fixed income, mutual funds, ETFs
Strong collaborative skills preferred
Strong communication skills, problem-solving and basic project management abilities required
Prior operational and regulatory experience a plus
