About the role

  • Build and manage a transformational communications strategy to educate, align and engage internal and external stakeholders regarding BNY’s new commercial model.
  • Provide communications counsel to senior leaders and SMEs, supporting their messaging, narrative development, and overall positioning.
  • Collaborate with partners across the enterprise to align positioning and to execute multi-channel communications activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in communications, with a strong track record of success
  • Proven ability to develop communications strategies, messaging, communications materials
  • Strong executive presence and experience counseling senior leaders and managing issues
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Experience in managing organizational changes and transformational programs
  • Creative thinker with a passion for driving innovation and excellence in communications strategy development and execution
  • Experience in working with AI tools to strengthen communications quality, efficiency and impact
  • Outstanding judgement, proactive problem-solving ability, and true accountability and ownership in scope of work
