About the role

  • Implement and support cryptography and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) solutions across the BNY Enterprise.
  • Build, integrate, and support a Cryptographic Asset Management Platform to enable the move to Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC).
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to determine cryptography and certificate use cases.
  • Integrate digital certificates with the Certificate Lifecycle Management platform.
  • Create architecture, system build, procedures, and knowledge articles documentation.
  • Respond to requests from users, Internal Audit, and Federal Regulators on BNY PKI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity or related fields.
  • Certifications: CISSP.
  • 5+ years of experience installing and supporting cryptographic solutions.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with HSMs and Key Management Systems (KMS).
  • Knowledge of Certificate Lifecycle Management platforms.
  • Experience in automation of certificate and cryptographic key services.
  • Familiarity with cryptographic algorithms and key management.
  • Knowledge of secure protocols and certificates.
  • Understanding of Quantum Computing and Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC).
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards (GDPR, DORA, NIST, and ISO 27001).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
