About the role
- Participate in the identification and evaluation of third-party applications to support a multi-year implementation roadmap.
- Understand upstream and downstream processes relevant to area of expertise and minimize disruptions resulting from development projects.
- Conduct hands-on training and creation of training materials.
- Analyzes, defines and documents business requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating system environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce.com
- Efficient in developing dashboards and reports in CRM.
- Strong business, problem solving, and analytical skills. Proactive in solving business and/or technical problems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team while under strict and changing deadlines.
- Independent, self-starter requiring little supervision to complete tasks.
