About the role
- Provide in depth troubleshooting for any developed software running in the clustered environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute projects
- Service and maintain applications in expected turn-around times with a sense of urgency
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize production downtime
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and patterns
Requirements
- Must be enrolled in an accredited university/college pursuing a bachelor's degree
- Graduating in Dec 2026 or May 2027 (U.S.)
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better
- Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying
