Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience required
  • 10-12 years of experience in systems analysis, program development, and technology leadership
  • Minimum of 3-5 years managing development project teams, preferably in complex, global environments
  • Demonstrated capability working with the training and deployment of AI agents
  • Ability to operate in and influence a federated ecosystem of design, product and engineering teams
  • Strong front end and UI development experience using Angular
  • Experience architecting large scale portal experiences including data architecture, API design and entitlement management
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale technology projects and deliver results on time and within budget
  • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated commitment to agile and inclusive engineering culture
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in financial services or related industries is a plus.
