About the role

  • Lead development and enhancement of products on the Global Collateral Platform for U.S. government securities financing
  • Work with CCPs, market participants, regulators, and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and design products aligned with clearing requirements
  • Support the SEC’s U.S. Treasury Central Clearing rule implementation and work with existing and new CCPs
  • Oversee implementation of product initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of project goals
  • Provide expert support and guidance to CCPs and market participants regarding Treasury financing markets and central clearing mandate

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (Advanced degree preferred)
  • Minimum 10-12 years of experience in product management or financial services with expertise in government securities financing/repo markets
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. Treasury market, fixed income financing, and collateral markets
  • Foundational knowledge of the SEC’s U.S. Treasury central clearing rule
  • Experience working with Central Counterparties (CCPs) and market participants
  • Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
  • People leadership experience and ability to lead colleagues within and across PODs
