About the role
- Lead the development of comprehensive financial models and forecasts by demonstrating expertise in financial analysis and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insightful financial analysis that supports business objectives and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management, ensuring clarity and accuracy in financial data.
- Drive the annual budgeting process and monitor financial performance against the budget, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Enhance financial processes and systems by implementing best practices and leveraging technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support the implementation of strategic initiatives by providing financial insights and analysis that align with BNY's strategic goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- MBA or Professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, with a focus on enhancing processes
