About the role

  • take the lead in client management projects (from opening to closing)
  • ensure projects are implemented in a compliant manner
  • manage regulatory requirements and provide contractual support
  • participate in the ongoing development of the regulatory broker function
  • work with Risk, Legal, Compliance, Tech and Privacy teams
  • support Legal and internal teams with legal contracts
  • collaborate to establish and maintain appropriate contracts with Clients
  • identify, monitor and manage legal risks
  • manage contractual relationships and legal risk with suppliers and partners
  • represent the business across various platforms
  • deal with external counsel and suppliers, making proposals for the budget
  • ensure accurate compliance records are maintained
  • manage and handle BF Support Tickets related to investor relations and client services queries

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in a related regulatory and Compliance/Risk function at a financial services company or similar is desirable but not necessary
  • well organised self-starter, able to work autonomously without much supervision and committed to ongoing learning
  • good foundational knowledge of Compliance, regulations and AML requirements, sanctions, and consumer risks
  • familiarity applying compliance frameworks to crypto assets and products
  • excellent judgment and analysis
  • mid-level to advance level knowledge of the Crypto-economy
  • keep abreast of Crypto industry development and current affairs
  • direct experience in due diligence and leading process design and execution
  • good understanding of global securities law
  • excellent Client services / investor relations skills
  • must have excellent communication and written skills
