About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Reporting to the Senior Director of US CORE
- Responsible for driving revenue growth, Membership growth, retention, and overall business performance within their assigned market
- Develop and execute annual growth strategies to achieve Membership, retention, launch, and revenue goals
- Drive market expansion and penetration opportunities and oversee new Chapter development initiatives
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective Members, Chapter opportunities, and leadership talent
- Drive net Membership growth through strategic recruitment, retention, and engagement initiatives
- Analyze market trends, Chapter performance metrics, and business reports to identify opportunities and risks
- Partner with Regional Development to develop and execute area growth plans aligned with market objectives
- Establish clear performance expectations, KPIs, and accountability measures for Directors, Ambassadors, and Launch Directors
- Coach team members to improve results in Chapter growth, retention, visitor conversion, leadership development, and Member engagement
- Utilize reporting and analytics to evaluate Chapter health, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective action plans
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement
- Conduct regular business reviews to assess progress toward area goals and strategic initiatives
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing Directors, Ambassadors, and Launch Directors
- Lead onboarding, training, and professional development initiatives for all area team members
- Support Chapter leadership teams in executing growth, visitor attraction, and Member development strategies
- Ensure consistent execution of BNI systems, standards, and best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven leadership experience with responsibility for business growth, sales performance, or operational results
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute growth strategies that achieve measurable business outcomes
- Strong understanding of sales, marketing, customer retention, and performance management principles
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams
- Strong analytical and business decision-making skills with the ability to interpret data and drive action
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-oriented approach to leadership
