About the role
- Engage quickly and thoughtfully with inbound leads to identify potential customers and build genuine connections.
- Conduct in-depth qualification calls to understand each lead’s needs, challenges, and readiness to move forward.
- Host engaging product demos, showcasing Bnberry’s solutions and ensuring every presentation is properly set up for conversion.
- Schedule meetings between qualified leads and Business Development Managers (BDMs) to drive the next step in the sales process.
- Assess lead potential — determining whether prospects are ready to buy now or require nurturing for future opportunities.
- Match customer needs with the right Bnberry product offerings to deliver tailored, impactful solutions.
- Maintain accurate, detailed records of all interactions, activities, and lead statuses in our CRM systems.
- Collaborate closely with BDMs to refine outreach strategies and maximize lead-to-customer conversion rates.
- Stay curious and informed — continuously learn about Bnberry’s products, new features, and trends in the hospitality and travel tech industries.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the hospitality industry.
- Business or sales degree preferred.
- Strong active listening skills and ability to understand customer needs.
- High level of self-confidence and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work diligently on inbound leads to maximize conversion rates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
