About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide operational support for both Vocational Training and Talent Development programs
- Interface with a variety of associates and managers in various departments throughout Plant Spartanburg
- Utilize various computer applications and daily communications
- Project lead opportunities and attend regular meetings
- Contribute to Talent Development Programs (TDP) by supporting onboarding activities and meetings
- Attend TDP virtual and in-person workshops
- Create weekly and quarterly TDP newsletters
- Oversee and communicate weekly activities like Peer Driven Plant Tours
- Conduct surveys and data analysis, providing feedback reports
- Support recruiting Vocational Talent Programs and manage event coordination
- Maintain inventory of recruiting giveaways and manage ordering processes
- Lead onboarding processes for Vocational Talent Program participants
- Plan and coordinate annual events such as PACE Graduation Ceremony and Scholar Graduation Ceremony
Requirements
What you’ll need- Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)
- Have enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States
- Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application
- Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours / week)
- Transfer students must have a GPA from current university
- MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT
- Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term
