About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

In close collaboration with process owners, analyze existing processes, identify AI- and agent-based use cases, and design future-oriented process solutions
Take a leading role in initiating and executing strategic, AI-based process initiatives
Assess efficiency gains and weigh them against associated efforts
Translate concepts into actionable solutions by working closely with cross-functional teams
Design human-AI interactions to ensure clear responsibilities and transparency
Establish comprehensive AI risk and governance frameworks to integrate legal, ethical, and compliance standards into AI-driven process design
Apply strong communication and facilitation skills to align diverse stakeholders on AI adoption, moderate discussions, and communicate and visualize complex topics clearly

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a comparable field
Strong conceptual process knowledge and the ability to quickly understand complex business and production contexts
At least 5 years of experience in designing, transforming, or implementing AI-powered processes
Strong expertise in at least two of the following areas: Generative AI, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, agentic AI tools and systems
Extensive project management experience and ideally project leadership, including communication with stakeholders and decision-makers
Deep conceptual understanding of AI technologies and AI agents, coupled with high technical affinity and knowledge of relevant AI governance requirements
Ability to design AI-based process architectures rather than implementing incremental digital improvements.
