Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
  • Extensive experience leading AI-driven innovation projects, ideally in the automotive or industrial sector
  • Deep knowledge of AI technologies and product application trends that can be translated into measurable business impact
  • Technical understanding to plan the transfer of AI technologies into vehicle systems and automotive platforms
  • Strong strategic management skills, portfolio planning, and KPI-driven governance of innovation initiatives
  • Excellent ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder environments
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus.
