Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
Extensive experience leading AI-driven innovation projects, ideally in the automotive or industrial sector
Deep knowledge of AI technologies and product application trends that can be translated into measurable business impact
Technical understanding to plan the transfer of AI technologies into vehicle systems and automotive platforms
Strong strategic management skills, portfolio planning, and KPI-driven governance of innovation initiatives
Excellent ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder environments
Fluent in English; German is a plus.
