About the role
- Support Supplier Network Americas Steering and Communication Function
- Implementation of outside view ideas to support continuous improvement
- Independently conceptualize, design, and implement a project
- Supplier events and presentation support various department circles & forums
- Understanding the processes around the steering of the Supplier Network Americas
- Understanding the complexity of supplying parts in the global network
- Knowledge of the manufacturing process and quality targets for automotive
- Project management
- Works in a complex and diverse environment
- Performs other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Preferred major area of study in Business, Supply Chain Management or related field
- Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)
- Have enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States
- Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application
- Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours / week)
- Transfer students must have a GPA from current university
- Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term
