About the role

  • Support the daily activities for the BMW real estate development and construction building project planning and execution
  • Support large, medium, and small construction projects
  • Utilize and support transformations with current systems, process improvement initiatives, ongoing processes and systems, and workflows
  • Support the BMW Project Manager in execution of project objectives
  • Develop familiarity with BMW project management systems and tools
  • Support onsite construction projects and recognize acceptable conditions
  • Assist department improvement initiatives and enabler projects
  • Validate and confirm data and quality accuracy for construction project landscape
  • Support project managers and specialists in daily tasks
  • Steer collaborative partners
  • Support management and the project team with meetings including organization, meeting minutes, meeting notes, compliance documents, and so on.

Requirements

  • Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)
  • Have enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States
  • Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application
  • Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours/week)
