About the role

  • You will support the development of innovative e‑learning and blended‑learning formats.
  • You will contribute to the implementation of AI‑assisted authoring tools.
  • You will assist in integrating external learning platforms into the internal Learning Management System.
  • You will curate new learning content.
  • You will participate in updating the training portfolio and further developing international learning products.
  • You will design new training and qualification formats.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Education, Educational Management, Media Informatics, or a comparable field.
  • Affinity for new digital learning formats and proficient in MS Office.
  • Team player with strong communication skills and a reliable, structured working style.
  • Proactive and goal-oriented.
  • Business-fluent German and English.
