About the role

  • You will assist in preparing and further developing the group's global funding plan.
  • You will also participate in structured financing projects such as Schuldschein (promissory note) loans, subsidized/development loans (Förderdarlehen) and bilateral financings.
  • You will help analyze international financial market trends and derive strategic implications.
  • You will assist in evaluating financing options such as buy-versus-lease analyses, sale-and-lease-back transactions and leasing structures.
  • You will contribute to the design and monitoring of group-wide credit policies.
  • You will also support the preparation and execution of financing transactions and credit line negotiations.
  • You will further assist with research and analysis on regulatory developments and treasury innovations.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in economics, finance, banking, business administration, industrial engineering or a related field.
  • Strong interest in corporate finance, treasury, financial markets and strategic corporate management.
  • Analytical mindset and strong quantitative skills.
  • Confident user of Excel and PowerPoint; initial experience with data analysis is a plus.
  • Structured approach to work and enjoyment of conceptual tasks.
  • Team player with enthusiasm to work in an international, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong communication skills in German and English.
