About the role

  • As part of our team, you support the development of the next level of BMW's ideas management, including hosting the new SPARK platform and advancing AI features.
  • You also contribute to the ambassador program and collaborate with our consultants at production sites.
  • Additionally, you are involved in consulting on the ideas management process and support communications campaigns related to ideas management.
  • You will assist in processing ideas and driving them to completion, as well as coordinating the international network of ideas management consultants across all locations.
  • Furthermore, you support current special topics such as the international integration of markets that have not yet been active in ideas management.
  • The opportunity to actively shape the internship across the many facets of this topic rounds off your exciting range of tasks.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a degree program in Business Psychology, Economics, or a comparable field of study.
  • In the latter half of a Bachelor's program or enrolled in a Master's program.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Enthusiasm for new ideas and out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Enjoys creating and has a creative streak.
  • Business-fluent German and English.
