About the role
- You will support our team on current organizational development projects and in various line tasks from concept development through implementation, with a content focus on the holistic advancement of our processes and structures for People & Places topics.
- You will also contribute to the preparation of presentation materials for various hierarchical levels up to top management, committee preparations, as well as process analyses and evaluations.
- Furthermore, you will participate in meetings with specialist departments at various hierarchical levels and incorporate insights from diverse research that you conduct.
- You will gain unique, cross-departmental insights into the structure and way of working of the BMW Group in all its facets.
- You will also help shape the content of cross-cutting topics relevant to the BMW Group.
Requirements
- Enrolled in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a comparable degree program (second half of Bachelor's or Master's).
- Initial practical experience in organizational development, process management, consulting or change management.
- Skills in conducting interviews as well as qualitative and quantitative data analysis are an advantage.
- Confident use of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and user-level experience with AI applications such as ChatGPT and MS Copilot.
- Enjoy communicating with different target groups across various hierarchical levels.
- Driver's license (Class B).
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
